F&B Guest Ambassador

Key Responsibilities: Welcome, acknowledge, and professionally engage with guests, creating a warm and personalized arrival experience. Manage reservations, walk-ins, waiting lists, table allocations, and seating arrangements efficiently. Escort guests to their tables and ensure all guest preferences, VIP details, and special occasions are communicated to the team. Maintain strong knowledge of menus, promotions, outlet concepts, operating hours, and hotel facilities to confidently assist guests. Proactively anticipate guest needs, handle requests and feedback, and ensure appropriate follow-up. Coordinate closely with F&B and other hotel departments to ensure a seamless and consistent guest experience. Support the Restaurant Manager with daily operations and guest flow.…
