About this role
Key Responsibilities: Welcome and acknowledge all guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner. Manage reservations, walk-ins, waiting lists, and table allocations efficiently. Escort guests to their tables and present menus in accordance with service standards. Maintain accurate reservation records and communicate guest preferences, VIPs, and special occasions to the team. Respond to guest enquiries and requests, providing accurate information about menus, promotions, and outlet facilities.
