Job Description: Overview The Proposal Operations Analyst I helps keep business development and pursuit operations organized, accurate, and moving on schedule. This role maintains proposal and opportunity data, supports reporting and basic analysis, and coordinates subconsultant information requests. The successful candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and able to manage multiple deadlines while working effectively with proposal, business development, and technical teams. Responsibilities Maintain complete, accurate, and timely proposal and opportunity records in CRM systems, pipeline trackers, and internal databases.
