About this role
As Business Owner, New Business, you are responsible for the commercial success of titles in Paradox's publishing portfolio. You own the P&L for your assigned titles and work across the Publishing department and with external development studios to deliver on targets and create lasting value for players. This is a highly cross-functional role. You will lead without direct reports, coordinating experts across Product marketing, Publishing operations and Community to deliver on your titles. You set strategic direction for each title, translate it into concrete plans, and stay accountable through launch and beyond.…
