About this role

Position Summary: The Client Implementation Specialist’s will provide expertise leading onboarding and implementation activities for TCH systems, processes, and products and conducting in user acceptance testing (UAT). The Specialist will ensure high level of client satisfaction by driving seamless implementation and onboarding experiences for clients and stakeholders as well as quality assurance through thorough testing.
