Role Overview: The Recruiter Team Leader (MG02) will lead a team of recruiters responsible for hiring frontline sales employees (FSEs) and other roles. The individual will drive hiring targets, ensure quality hiring, and improve recruitment efficiency while maintaining compliance with company processes.
