JOB SUMMARY The Portfolio Clinical Leader (PCL) is a regional leadership role responsible for developing high-performing clinical leaders and driving consistent clinical excellence across multiple agencies. Working closely with the Market Leader, the PCL strengthens leadership capability, improves outcomes, and supports growth while advancing the organization's culture, quality, compliance, and financial goals.
