Job Title troubleshooter 2 Job Description In deze rol voer je verbeteringen door die ons helpen onze producten ook in de toekomst veilig bij onze klanten af te leveren. Daarmee draag je bij aan het voorkomen van klachten en afkeuringen van onze producten. Jouw rol Je ondersteunt engineers bij het borgen van het gewenste kwaliteitsniveau van onze producten en bij escalaties. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor monteurs en testers bij technische problemen. Je maakt een eerste analyse en bepaalt of je het probleem zelf kunt oplossen of moet escaleren. Je ondersteunt bij het bouwen, mechanisch aanpassen en testen van nieuwe producten of systemen en bij het analyseren van afwijkingen ten opzichte van product- of systeemeisen en regelgeving binnen New Product Introduction (NPI).…
