About this role
We are looking for a Business Analyst whose core mission is to automate the processes our Compliance, Legal, and Internal Control teams currently run by hand. These teams keep the bank operating within the regulatory landscape, and as the business scales, a large part of their daily work - checks, reviews, reports, document flows - still relies on manual effort and spreadsheets. Your job is to change that. In this role, you will study how these teams actually work today: map their processes end to end, spot repetitive manual steps and bottlenecks, and turn them into clear, structured requirements for automation. You will act as a bridge between Compliance, Legal, Internal Control, Product, Operations, and Engineering, and ensure smooth delivery across teams.…
