About the Role We are seeking a skilled Roofing Supervisor to join our Facilities Services Division. In this role, you will oversee the assessment, inspection, and documentation of roofing systems across District sites. Your expertise will help determine the overall condition, service life, and repair/replacement needs of roofing systems, ensuring the safety and longevity of our facilities. Key Responsibilities Identify, survey, and assess roofing systems and components across District sites. Enter and manage building data using tablets, laptops, and other digital tools. Apply construction knowledge to evaluate roof systems, even those hidden behind ceilings and walls. Determine remaining service life (RSL) of roofing components with guidance from leadership.…
