Position Summary The Senior Technical Program Manager leads major technology-focused capital construction programs across the District, integrating IT, Facilities, and low-voltage systems into cohesive, high-performance environments. This role combines technical leadership, construction coordination, and multi-discipline stakeholder management to deliver network infrastructure, audiovisual, and physical security systems within scope, on schedule, and on budget.
