Retail Systems Manager

We’re looking for a Retail Systems Manager to take day-to-day ownership of the technology one of our retail customers depends on: the systems, the standards and the suppliers behind them. This isn’t a service desk job. You won’t be first line for every fault. You’ll make sure faults are fixed to standard, recurring ones are designed out, and the business always knows where it stands. What you’ll do Own the relationship with the managed service provider and hold them to the agreed standard. Be the escalation point when an IT incident hits trading.
