About this role

Ihre Aufgaben Unterstützung des Global Sales Directors Sie koordinieren und kommunizieren Termine, Meetings und internationale Geschäftsreisen für Kunden, Distributoren und interne Stakeholder (u.a. Kundenschulungen, Distributorenschulung) inkl. inhaltlicher Vorbereitung. Sie verfolgen Aufgaben, Fristen und vereinbarte Maßnahmen konsequent im CRM und MS Planner nach. Sie bündeln Informationen, schaffen Transparenz und sorgen dafür, dass relevante Themen zur richtigen Zeit bearbeitet werden. Internationale Vertriebskoordination Sie koordinieren Kunden- und Distributorenanfragen mit den Kollegen in Sales, Application, Produktmanagement, Marketing und weiteren Fachbereichen.
