The CHOE’s responsibilities include community outreach, education, make appointments to PPGNY’s Health Centers, participating in meetings/consortiums to provide education to community members and professionals and program support, with a commitment to fostering inclusivity, reducing health disparities, and building trust within underserved communities.…
