About this role
Ensure overall quality and food safety of products and materials at various stages of production process. Analyze and test product to ensure they meet established quality standards. Continuously inspect product, plant, employees, and equipment on the manufacturing floor to ensure quality and food safety standards are met. Sample finished products to assure compliance with customer specifications. Conduct metal detector checks, blade inspections, etc. Report discrepancies and violations along with solutions to the Quality Assurance Supervisor immediately. Complete required documentation (quality, food safety and test forms) honestly and accurately.…
