HR Generalist / TA (Manufacturing)

POSITION SUMMARY The HR Generalist / TA Specialist serves as the primary onsite Human Resources representative for ProCaps Laboratories’ Colorado facility. This hands-on role provides day-to-day HR support to employees and leaders while owning full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing and operational positions. Working in close partnership with the Human Resources team in Henderson, Nevada, this position supports employee relations, manager coaching, onboarding, HR administration, engagement, policy implementation, and compliance with federal, Colorado, and local employment requirements.
