About this role

We’re looking for a Director & Assistant General Counsel, Strategic Transactions and Corporate to join Procore’s Legal, Regulatory & Compliance (LRC) Department. In this new role, you’ll work with stakeholders across the organization to provide practical legal advice and negotiate and execute on a broad range of M&A, corporate venture, capital markets, and other strategic transactions. You will be the legal architect and lead for our corporate development initiatives, driving transactions from inception to closing and beyond. To succeed in this role, you'll need to show up as a trusted advisor and strategic thought partner who is committed to delivering practical, business-centric advice while simultaneously mitigating and managing broad organizational risk.…
