About the Role We are looking for a Director of Engineering to lead the Procore AI Application Experience team. This team is responsible for the end-to-end product surfaces that enable users to interact with, configure, and govern Procore's AI capabilities. You will own the experience layer that turns powerful AI models and agents into intuitive, trustworthy, and enterprise-ready workflows — ensuring that users can complete valuable real-world tasks like managing RFIs, searching project documents, and navigating complex construction workflows through AI-assisted experiences.
