About Job Summary: We are looking for a strategic and technically strong Fixed Wireline Technical Head to lead our fixed access, wireless broadband, and FTTH infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have 8–15 years of relevant experience across UBR, ISM band radios (Cambium, Mimosa), FTTH networks, IP domain, and NMS platforms. This role requires a balanced mix of technical leadership, operational efficiency, financial planning, and customer-centric service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Network Strategy & Planning Plan and implement scalable Fixed Wireless Access and FTTH networks, ensuring optimal performance and availability. Design wireless broadband solutions using ISM band radios such as Cambium ePMP and Mimosa. Support hybrid network strategies for urban broadband coverage.…
