Job title: Labour Compliance Officer (Contract) Location: Port Harcourt Department: HR / E&S Compliance Reports to: Head HR / E&S Compliance Lead Employment Type: Full-time / Fixed-term, renewable annually Role Purpose To support the client in managing contractor labour compliance, initially by conducting weekly visits to identify, follow up and close contractor-related issues, and later by supporting periodic labour audits and contractor labour assurance across project and operational contractors. The role will help ensure that contractors and subcontractors comply with Nigerian labour requirements, client’s Contractor HR & Labour Management Framework, IFC PS2 expectations, and lender/audit documentation requirements.…
