Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning processes and performance analysis. Develop financial models, conduct profitability and variance analysis, and provide actionable insights. Partner with Business Unit leaders to drive financial performance and cost efficiency. Oversee revenue assurance and collection processes to strengthen revenue and cash flow. Provide strategic financial recommendations to support business growth and long-term objectives.
