RaceTrac Company Overview Job Description: The Senior Accountant will lead a team of staff accountants responsible for performing general accounting responsibilities. This individual is responsible for ensuring all financial schedules and deadlines are met and accurate. The Senior Accountant develops and maintains strong working relationships with internal departments and external vendors. What You'll Do: Supervises and assists the daily work of team members including: analyzing, researching, and preparing financial information to meet specific daily and monthly deadlines. Reviews team members’ invoice coding, journal entries, balance sheet account reconciliations, and month-end schedules.
