About this role
Dein Team Unser Crew Management kümmert sich um alle Belange des internen und externen Personals beim OMR Festival und bei OMR Services, unserem Angebot für Personal- und Sampling-Einsätze rund ums Jahr. Als Stabsstelle verantwortet Business Automation & Analytics die Analyse, Optimierung und Automatisierung unserer Prozesse: von Bewerbung, Kommunikation und Vertragsmanagement über Einsatzplanung und Zeiterfassung bis zu Abrechnung und Controlling. Wir entwickeln und betreuen die digitale Infrastruktur dahinter, das OMR Crew Portal, ein Kundenportal und interne Steuerungstools. Dabei setzen wir auf Low-Code/No-Code-Lösungen wie Airtable und Softr und bauen unsere Tools zunehmend KI-gestützt mit Claude.…
