About this role
Dein Team Als Teil unseres Crew Management Teams bist du die erste Anlaufstelle für alle Bewerber*innen der OMR Crew und des OMR Festival. Du übernimmst das telefonische Recruiting, bei dem du die Gespräche mit den Bewerber*innen führst und sie für die Crew-Jobs gewinnst. Du bist außerdem verantwortlich für die Schichtplanung, sorgst dafür, dass alle Positionen optimal besetzt sind und behältst den Überblick über die gesamte Einsatzplanung.
