Bis August 2028 suchen wir jemanden, der die Crew in der Zeit anführt. Wir sind das Crew Resource Management Team. Wir planen, disponieren und koordinieren die gesamte Crew für das OMR Festival und für weitere Projekte von OMR Services. Für unsere Kund*innen konzipieren und realisieren wir außerdem eigene Events, von der ersten Idee bis zur Umsetzung vor Ort. Wir sind die Schnittstelle zwischen unserem Personal und dem OMR Festival & Events Team. Du übernimmst ein eingespieltes Team und volle Verantwortung. Keine Platzhalter-Rolle, sondern Teamlead mit allem, was dazugehört.…
