About this role

Qualifications Qualifications: • Proven record of successful troubleshooting and preventative maintenance. • Experience as a maintenance leader in a lean manufacturing facility. • Must be a hands on Manager that works well with his team. • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field of study. • Ideally at least 7-years maintenance supervisory/manager experience. Preferably in a millwork machinery environment. • Must have 480 volt 3-phase electrical experience and mechanical and hydraulic skills. • Knowledge of the following: utilities systems, pumps, piping, electrical installation, power distribution, wiring, electronics, relays, controllers and programmable controllers. • Ability to develop and coach talent. • Promotes teamwork and collaboration.…
