About this role

Job Summary: As a Staff Program Manager, you'll oversee the delivery and performance of our Programs and Services, while building strong customer relationships. From program inception to delivery and beyond, you'll manage multiple projects, collaborate across departments, and ensure projects stay on track. You will have an opportunity to partner with cross-functional groups to ensure a successful delivery of our IFE products and services. If you're ready to drive innovation and be a key player in our Customer Management organization, this role is for you. Team Summary: Our Program Management team prioritizes customer relationships, operational excellence, and attention to detail.
