Job Description What is the opportunity? The Director, Operational Resilience Governance is part of the independent risk management function and accountable for enterprise-wide oversight and monitoring of Operational Resilience outcomes across RBC’s platforms. This includes monitoring RBC platforms’ adherence to Operational Resilience requirements and practices in line with regulatory requirements. The role will be responsible for providing periodic reporting on the program effectiveness and the outcomes of RBC’s operational resilience activities to senior management. The role will also be responsible for developing and evolving the Operational Resilience strategy, embedding integrated Operational Resilience outcomes across the organization.…
