Provides leadership and direction for Talent Cycle, Payroll, Pension and Benefits Services to RBC employees across countries in the APAC region (Malaysia, Hong Kong, Singapore, China, Japan) Deliver accurate and timely end-to-end payroll services ensuring compliance to internal and external regulatory requirements, including processing, taxation, payments, adjustments, remittances, cost allocations, audits, verifications, GL reconciliation & reporting, etc.…
