About this role

Job Description What is the opportunity? Identify and deliver on the UX research needs of the RBC US Wealth Management Technology team to ensure data-driven prioritization and decision-making drives the user-centered design process for our technology platforms. As a UX researcher, you will partner with Product and Capability Owners, stakeholders, and the UX team to identify, design and execute on end user research needs of various technology projects and initiatives. You will analyze and share research results to UX designers, developers and other business and technology stakeholders to help discover, define and influence the delivery of optimal technology solutions, based on the needs of our end-users.…
