About this role

Redwood Credit Union is looking for an Insurance Administrator, who will perform a wide variety of semi-routine duties to assist Members in the sales and service of ancillary products.   Key Responsibilities Customer Service: • Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers. • Call Members referred to the insurance agency by branch, Member Service Center, or other referrals. • Make and receive calls from customers assisting them with their questions and resolving problems as appropriate. • Ensure maximum flexibility to relieve and/or assist in a variety of functions as needed. • Make and receive calls from customers to complete worksheets to facilitate insurance quotes and product claims. • Offer and educate Members of Ancillary products.
