About this role
Redwood Credit Union is looking for a Full Time Member Service Associate who will be responsible for performing routine teller work, provides excellent Member service, and contributes to the success of the branch by selling and referring Credit Union products. As the face of the organization, this position serves as a critical role by providing exceptional service to all credit union and community members, volunteers, team members, and service providers.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Service:
o Provide exceptional member service to all Members, volunteers, internal employees, and service providers.
o Explain products and services to Members to meet their needs. Cross-sells RCU, RCU Investment Services, RCU Insurance Services and RCU Auto Services products and services.…
