Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office. ____________________ Scope of leadership role This role requires an individual to carry out various duties and responsibilities with a sense of urgency to support Boston Gear's on time delivery objectives while supporting machining, mechanical assembly, painting/packaging and the distribution of products.
