Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office. ____________________ This position is responsible for the technical support of our bearings operations working in a lean manufacturing environment. Works with cross-functional collaboration, people development, and project execution working directly with site and functional leadership. Collaborates with management in selecting and prioritization of projects, leaders and champions align with business/functional goals and strategies. Coaches, mentors, and develops site/functional team members through training, Kaizen events and continuous improvement events to effectively utilize performance excellence tools, methodologies and philosophies to drive performance excellence.…
