About this role

Work Model: You’ll work in a hybrid model, onsite at your designated Regal Rexnord location, with flexibility to work remotely. ____________________ Position Overview In this role, you will lead the HR function for the IPS Couplings business across four Hyderabad sites. You will partner with business and functional leaders to shape the people strategy, build leadership and workforce capability, strengthen engagement and inclusion, and enable organizational change. You will also ensure effective HR service delivery, statutory compliance, and a constructive employee and industrial relations climate across the sites.
