Summary:
The Teller position performs routine branch and customer service duties. They process consumer and commercial checking and savings deposits, loan payments, cash checks, and savings withdrawals. In addition, Teller promotes business development by maintaining excellent customer relations and referring customers to appropriate bank staff for new services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assisting customers with processing transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments, resolving complaints or account discrepancies, and answering questions.
Informing customers about bank products and services
