Buscamos un/a Digital Marketing & Growth Analyst con perfil analítico y orientado a resultados para liderar la optimización del rendimiento en ecommerce dentro de un entorno D2C en crecimiento. La posición está enfocada en mejorar conversión, escalar tráfico orgánico y transformar datos en decisiones accionables, trabajando de forma cercana con el equipo de marketing y siendo responsable del impacto directo en performance y revenue. Responsabilidades: - Optimizar la conversión del ecommerce (CRO): fichas de producto, landings y checkout. - Ejecutar y analizar A/B testing sobre elementos clave (CTAs, layouts, copy). - Monitorear métricas de performance y detectar desvíos (conversión, CAC, revenue). - Liderar la estrategia de SEO on-page y crecimiento de tráfico orgánico.…
