Connersville Primary Care APP Reid Health is seeking a compassionate and patient-centered Primary Care Advanced Practice Provider to join our well-established primary care practice in Connersville, Indiana. This is an exciting opportunity to join a trusted practice with a dedicated patient population and a consistent flow of new patients. Our newly relocated facility features on-site laboratory and imaging services, providing convenient, comprehensive care to the surrounding community.
