About this role

Geriatrics APP Reid Health is seeking a compassionate and patient-centered Geriatrics Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our well-established geriatrics practice in Richmond, Indiana. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults by helping preserve their quality of life, dignity, and independence. The incoming APP will join a dedicated team focused on providing comprehensive, personalized outpatient care to the geriatric population, with the opportunity to build a patient panel and develop lasting relationships with patients and their families.
