WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Program CNC mills and lathes to produce high-precision aerospace and defense components.
- Develop tooling, workholding, machining strategies, and setups for new parts.
- Prove out programs, troubleshoot issues, and improve cycle times and quality.
- Read engineering drawings, inspect parts, and ensure every job meets customer requirements.
- Collaborate with machinists, engineers, and production teams to solve manufacturing challenges and continuously improve our processes.
