SUMMARY The Manufacturing Engineer is a key role within our Engineering department, responsible for the full lifecycle of CNC programming and process development across 2, 3, 4, and 5+ axis turning and milling machines. This role owns its work — from tooling selection and fixture design through prove-out, operator training, and continuous improvement — and is expected to deliver production-ready results with a high degree of accuracy and accountability.
