About this role

Role Purpose The Senior Industrial Engineer leads the analysis, design, and optimisation of manufacturing systems to improve safety, productivity, capacity, material flow, space utilisation , cost, and operational performance. The role applies Industrial Engineering, Lean, data analytics, and automation principles to develop scalable and sustainable solutions across manufacturing and logistics operations. Key Responsibilities 1. Process & Productivity Optimisation Analyze manufacturing processes using time study, work measurement, line balancing, value-stream mapping, and capacity analysis.
