About this role
About Our client, a real estate company, provides affordable housing for middle income earners without compromising on quality. Purpose of the position: Creating designs for new construction projects, alterations and redevelopments. Utilisation of specialist construction knowledge and high-level drawing skills to design buildings that are functional, safe, sustainable and aesthetically pleasing. Designing- Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings both by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications. Approvals- work closely with the legal department in getting building approvals. Regular visits to building sites, proposed locations and client meetings. Manage and supervise construction sites alongside Quantity Surveyor.…
