About this role
About Our client, a real estate company, provides affordable housing for middle income earners without compromising on quality. Purpose of the position: Designing and constructing buildings and structures that are safe and capable of withstanding the elements to which they will be exposed, as well as improving the structural integrity of our existing buildings. Work with management to design and plan project details and provide technical advice to site representatives. Procurement – ensure second level check for all quotes before execution Select and/or source construction materials. Review drawings (to closely guide the design team on workable/functional designs from inception). Ensure signoff on all design reviews before execution.…
