The role operates using the ReliaQuest GreyMatter MDR platform as the primary investigation interface, supported by Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Microsoft Sentinel for alert review and basic log analysis. The L1 Analyst is expected to develop strong foundational skills across the Revantage security toolset, maintain disciplined documentation practices, and contribute to consistent shift handoff quality.
