JOB SUMMARY: Performs all duties of an Electrician. Leads the Electricians in performing a wide variety of complex work covering all phases of electrical maintenance, renovations, and new construction with minimum supervision. Assigns, coordinates, and ensures completion of work orders. Oversees the quality of work and provides guidance related to best practices and methodology. Manages tools and inventory. Applies for and maintains the necessary licensure and permits required by the State of Rhode Island. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES: Performs all duties of an Electrician. Applies for and maintains annual electrical permits for all electrical work performed on Campus. Applies for and maintains a limited maintenance license with the State of Rhode Island.…
