GENERAL STATEMENT OF JOB The purpose of this class is to manage and coordinate the administrative and operational functions of the Legal Department to ensure effective, efficient, and compliant office operations. This position supervises assigned administrative support staff; provides direct administrative and operational support to the County Attorney, senior management, and staff attorneys; and oversees day-to-day office activities, budget administration, fiscal reporting, records management, contract administration, facilities coordination, and information systems support. The incumbent also assists with major discovery requests, subpoenas, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests, and litigation support activities involving both in-house and external counsel.…
