Roll Cart Delivery Technician

ESSENTIAL TASKS The tasks listed below are those that represent the majority of the time spent working in this class. Management may assign additional tasks related to the type of work of the class as necessary. Drives and operates trucks to deliver roll carts and recycling bins to customers. Repairs and maintains roll carts; picks up old or damaged roll carts and recycling bins as needed. Manually loads / unloads roll carts/bins onto vehicles. Maintains inventory records of carts and bins; maintains parts inventory. Observes and reports abuse of carts/bins by contractors; reports non-regulated waste piles as necessary. Inspects trucks and other equipment to ensure proper and safe working condition; reports defects or required maintenance to the supervisor.…
