ABOUT THE ROLE:
Rightway is seeking a Director of Business Intelligence to own business-facing analytics, reporting, and dashboard delivery across the company.
You will lead the embedded BI function across PBM, Navigation, Clinical, Operations, Client Success, and executive reporting. You will turn business demand into a managed roadmap, set delivery and quality standards, and manage analyst capacity so the team delivers measurable impact instead of chasing one-off requests. You will partner closely with the Data & Insights team and the Director of Analytic Platform to convert recurring BI needs into reusable, governed data products built on Rightway's centralized data platform.…
