Job Description: Rogue Fitness is the leading manufacturer of strength and conditioning equipment in the world - barbells, power racks, sleds, and the equipment behind the CrossFit Games, Xenom Decathlon of Fitness, the Arnold Strongman Classic, and more. We build it in-house, at scale, in Columbus, Ohio. We are hiring a Manager, Business Insights to lead the team responsible for how Rogue makes its biggest commercial decisions. You'll own the analytics roadmap across Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing, translating business priorities into the team's work and turning that work into recommendations that shape pricing, logistics, inventory, and growth strategy at the leadership level.…
